I asked Platinum Roofing for an estimate on my residential flat roof, as it was leaking. They agreed to send someone the next day. The next day I received a call to confirm my appointment. The roofer showed up on time (actually a few minutes early to set up). I was shown the possible areas where my leak was likely coming from and told that it should be a simple repair. The work was completed shortly after. Rather than try to sell me a high cost fix, a reasonable low cost option was offered that should fix the leak, with the guarantee that if this doesn’t stop the leak the cost will be applied to any further repairs. Overall I received good professional service at a reasonable price.

I recently had a new roof put in by Platinum Roofing Ltd. My roof is a low slope or flat roof and I chose to go with the SBS roofing system. At all times I found Platinum Roofing to be responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable. The quote included a detailed scope of work and was competitive to other quotes I received. I was extremely pleased with the efficient way my roof was scheduled to complete within a given timeframe and the workers worked steady to complete the work asap. Work area was kept clean and cleanup after the job was great. There were also daily quality checks by Mark Moffatt. I would definitely recommend Platinum Roofing.

We have used platinum roofing to complete part of our warehouse roof and we have gotten quotes from 3 companies in total. Reason we decided to go ahead with Platinum was that we had all the information we wanted written in our contract and response for quote was very fast. Mark came and explained what suits us best to replace damaged roof which helped us to understand how to proceed. Price was within reason and under our budget. Service received from the roofing crew and mark was exceptional. We were kept updated on the status of the roof. Crew kept the disturbance very minimal during the construction which was very important as we couldn’t shut down. Other part of the warehouse now is going to come up for replacement in the next 5 years and we definitely using Platinum Roofing to get that done. Great customer service and pleasure to work with we would recommend them to everyone.
We were one of the less fortunate that had hail damage in Lacombe, Alberta. We had three different quotes and Platinum Roofing was the only company that actually got back to us and acted like they wanted our business. They got my vote of confidence, right there. They were efficient, honest and reliable. When an issue arose with the Insurance Company, they dealt with the problem and completed the task. They are also very approachable. I remember talking to the shinglers and asked that they try to pick up all the nails from the roof, as last year (due to hail damage) our shinglers left nails on the ground and my daughter got one in her foot that actually put her off work for a week! They went around and picked up extra nails and he showed me the ones that they used and the ones that the previous shinglers left! Caring about what you do and doing a good job counts!

This spring I had three commercial roofs that needed replacement. Received many quotes from other roofing companies. And decided to go ahead with Platinum Roofings services. I live in a residential area and have a flat-roof garage with a tar/gravel base that was in much need of repair. After getting several quotes I felt that Platinum Roofing could do the job for me and in the shortest period of time. After 40 years of wear and tear from the weather, moisture had seeped through one corner rotting the wood right down to the joists. Not a problem for Platinum. The service from the roofing crew and Mark was exceptional and they kept me updated all along the way. A long and hot day, excellent cleanup and a job well done.

Platinum Roofing was recommended to us by three different sources when we were looking for a good company to replace the Flat Roof on our Braeside S.W. home. After we phoned for an estimate,the owner, came out to our home on a Sunday. After inspecting our roof thoroughly he explained the SBS Membrane Torch on method they would use. The quote arrived via email in a prompt manner. Platinum waited patiently while we arranged for other quotes and for financing. Mark DID NOT “pester” us once to see if we had decided yet on a company to do the job. We really appreciated this.
Once we decided on Platinum Roofing to do the job, they arrived in a timely manner and did the job, also in a timely manner as promised. We were very impressed with the quality of equipment used, and with how they kept the work site cleaned and tidy when they left each day. As well, the workers were all very courteous. The job was done in the time promised and with no inconvenience to us. Our yard was left perfectly clean and our son has since climbed up onto the roof and said that “they sure did a beautiful job – that is a 50-year roof!”
When the bill arrived, it was the exact amount of the quote – not a penny more – very impressive! We would absolutely recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone who needs their flat roof repaired or replaced.
